Green lentils120 g, Zucchini1, Red pepper1, Tomato1, Avocado1, Lemon juice0.5, Basil, Olive oil 1 cc, Salt, Pepper.



Cook the lentils in a saucepan of cold water, without adding salt, for 25 to 30 minutes. Drain them.

Wash the zucchini and the pepper and cut them into small squares, sauté for about 15 minutes in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
