To change a little from the traditional breakfast, here is an idea for a brunch. It's easy, and quick to prepare, and it’s good for your morale!

The menu for 4 people:

Omelette with sun vegetables

Lost brioche with melted chocolate

 Seasonal fruit salad

Ingredients Omelette

 4 eggs 1/2 red pepper 1/2 green pepper 1 onion fresh basilic


Cut the onions and peppers into strips and brown them in a pan with a little fat. Then break the eggs in a bowl, mix them, add a pinch of salt and pepper. You can add a little milk and pour into the stove. Cook over low heat with a lid. At the end, finely chop the fresh basil.

Lost brioche


Brioche with 4 branches Milk 20cl 2 eggs 40g Sugar 20g butter 100 g dark chocolate

Whisk the sugar, eggs and milk in a bowl. Pour this preparation into a dish or large deep plate. Place the butter in a pan over high heat. Dip the brioche slices one by one in the egg preparation. Let them soak for a few seconds on each face. Place the soaked brioche slices in the pan when the butter becomes frothy. Bake about 3 min on each face, until the brioche is nicely colored.

 Melt the dark chocolate in a bain marie and give generously to each piece.


 Seasonal fruit salad

Currently it is the season of strawberries, grapefruit oranges among others Ingredients:

 1 tub of strawberries 2 oranges 1 grapefruit

Wash the strawberries and cut them into pieces then peel the oranges and grapefruit and cut them into quarters mix everything while adding a little sugar if necessary
